DPSA in top 50 QLD private companies
06 Nov 2009
DPSA Group has chalked up another prestigious ranking, being named the 46th most successful private company in Queensland. The company was ranked in the Queensland Business Review's "Queensland 400" list which lists the 400 largest companies in the state.
Entrants' rankings are based on a combination of gross assets, gross turnover and number of full-time staff. The rankings are calculated using a formula that combines these criteria and is then adjusted based on industry performance.
Teys Bros took the number one spot, ahead of construction company Hutchinsons at number two.
DPSA CEO Neill Clur said the ranking placed DPSA among some of the most high-achieving companies in the country.
"It's a great result and we thank our managers, other employees, Board and investors for their support to make this possible," Neill said.
DPSA has won several prominent awards and titles in the last few years. CEO Neill Clur was recently named Owner Manager of the Year in the Australian Institute of Management's Brisbane awards. He is now in the running for Queensland Owner Manger of the Year, which will be announced on November 13.
DPSA was number 21 in the Business Review Weekly's Fast 100 in 2008, and number 20 in the same list in 2007.
The 2009 Queensland 400 is a project of QBR and Premium Partners BDO and QUT.
